Day 50!

Just finished 90 minutes of Yoga X and 20 minutes of Ab Ripper X. Feeling better, but I definitely ate wayyy too much food this weekend in the Bay Area. How do people travel and eat well? I don't get it. Well, I am starting this blog sort of late, but the beginning of this long and excruciating process was never much fun to speak about anyways. It only begins to be fun once you actually start seeing/feeling the results. (This makes the workouts much more enjoyable, knowing that you are actually achieving something!) I will begin by saying that my name is Francesca Aiello. I am a 23 year old female who lives in California. I have been the same short height of 5 feet 2 inches since around 8th grade. This is when I stopped growing vertically and started growing horizontally. He he ;) Recently this year I hit the most weight I have ever weighed of 145 Pounds. Now for my height and age, I should weigh between 110 lbs and 114 lbs. (Or so says my research from google). I had seen P 90 X infomercials numerous times, and I finally decided to buckle down and buy it. So far, let me tell you it has been LIFE CHANGING! This program requires you to work out 6 days a week, for 12 weeks (90 days). Also, it requires you to follow a nutrition plan. But the best part about it is that you can do it from the comfort of your own home rather than going to a gym and feeling embarrassed. I love Tony the instructor, and the videos (although hard) tend to be quite enjoyable. Some days it is hard to Press Play, but after the workout is over I feel so amazing and accomplished. I am now on Day 50 so a tiny bit over half way through with the 90 days and I have definitely lost inches. I feel a lot more toned, my pants fit looser, and people have finally started saying that I look great (which pushes me to work even harder). It is just about swimsuit season and I am very glad that I started this process early enough that by mid July I should have a pretty decent looking body. When I first took my 30 day result picture, I can't say that I was happy. I had noticeably lost an inch or two on my waist but that wasabout it. Very frustrating to say the least. Hoping my 60 day photos will look better. I will add my before and 30 day pics later today. A little embarrassing and scary but AH who cares. Overall, this is a healthy and great thing I am doing, and I am amazed at the determination and motivation I have put forth. (You truly CAN do anything you set your mind to!) :)
